The Oasis stack includes kava for relaxation, L-Theanine for calm focus, and Magnesium for muscle relaxation and sleep support.
2 Calories, 0g Sugar, 0g Carbs. No hangover or next-day fog. Oasis Kava Spirits are truly a guilt-free ritual you can enjoy every day.
No kratom, no weird proprietary blends. Just transparent ingredients and dosing on a label you can actually read.
Kava products typically taste like what they are: an earthy root extract. Oasis Kava Spirits are built to be enjoyed like a drink — straight or mixed.
Most kava drinks give you kava and stop there. Oasis Kava Spirit stacks three actives, each doing a different job, in a single 1.5oz serving.

Traditional Pacific root extract, standardized for consistent potency — for a calm, relaxed body.
150mg Kavalactones
An amino acid found in tea leaves, for calm, focused alertness — relaxed, not foggy.
100mg per serving
A highly bioavailable form of magnesium, to ease muscle tension and support restful sleep.
50mg per servingEverything that's actually in the bottle, and what to expect when you drink it.
Kava Root Extract (Piper methysticum, standardized to 150mg kavalactones), L-Theanine, Magnesium (as Magnesium Glycinate), Distilled Water, Natural Flavor, Citric Acid, Sodium Benzoate & Potassium Sorbate (preservatives), Sucralose. No alcohol, no THC, no kratom.
Branded Sunset Citrus, but don't picture straight orange or grapefruit — the flavor base is actually strawberry-lime, giving it a bright, tart-sweet profile closer to a strawberry limeade. That sweetness does real work: it rounds out kava's naturally earthy root note instead of masking it, so the sip stays easy-drinking without losing that familiar kava character underneath. Best served cold, straight over ice or shaken into a mocktail.
A three-part wind-down: kavalactones for a sense of calm, L-Theanine for relaxed focus, and Magnesium Glycinate to ease muscle tension and support restful sleep. Most people notice the effect within 20–30 minutes of a single 1.5oz shot — settled and loosened-up, without grogginess or sedation. No next-day fog, no hangover to recover from.
Three ways to drink it — same bottle, whichever way fits the moment.
Use it as a 1:1 substitute for spirits in your favorite mocktail recipes.
Fill a glass with ice and pour a serving straight over the top for a refreshing, low-effort pour.
Pour a single 1.5oz serving and drink it as-is to experience the full, unmixed flavor and effect.
Simple recipes that anyone can make at home.
All of the ritual, none of the booze.
Feel-good drinks that actually taste great.
Our Sourcing
Our kava comes from one place: Epi Island in Vanuatu, where kava has been grown by hand for about 3,000 years. It starts with a cutting from an older plant (kava can't be grown from seed) planted by local farmers who've been doing this for generations. Once in the ground, it's left alone for 3-4 years to grow slowly and naturally – no shortcuts.
When it's ready, we use only the root — not the stems, not the leaves, just the part that matters. From there, it travels straight to our U.S. lab, where we extract it using nothing but CO2, the same natural gas used to decaffeinate coffee. No chemicals, no solvents, nothing left behind — just what the root naturally contains.
Sourcing our kava this way means real support for the small farming community that grows it. It's the same generations-old, low-intervention method Epi Island farmers have always used — good for the land, and good for the people who've relied on kava for their livelihood for generations.
Grown by hand, the traditional way. Planted as cuttings and left to mature for 3–4 years. The same low-intervention method passed down for generations.
Root only. No stems, no leaves — just the good stuff.
Solvent-free extraction. Pulled out with natural CO2 in our U.S. lab — no chemicals, nothing left behind.
Supports the island's farmers. Every bottle supports the small village farming community on Epi Island that's grown kava for generations.
No kratom. No proprietary "wellness blend" hiding the dose. Every milligram on this label is every milligram in the bottle — read it for yourself.
Kava has been used for centuries across the Pacific Islands — Fiji, Tonga, Vanuatu — valued for easing the body into relaxation and connection within community and ceremony.
Its natural kavalactones promote a sense of calm and ease muscle tension — without dulling mental clarity or acting like a sedative.
Kava is a legal, widely available herbal supplement with a long, well-documented history of safe traditional use.
Traditionally, kava is prepared by kneading and straining raw root powder — a process that takes real time and effort. Oasis Kava Spirit skips the prep, delivering the same root extract ready to pour.
Oasis Kava SpiritNo. Oasis Kava Spirit is a zero-proof, non-alcoholic herbal supplement with no THC or hemp content — it's a completely separate product from Oasis Mixers.
Each 1.5 fl oz (44 mL) shot contains 200mg Kava Root Extract (standardized to 150mg kavalactones), 100mg L-Theanine, and 50mg Magnesium (as Magnesium Glycinate) — 2 calories, 0g sugar, 0g carbs. Full panel in the gallery above.
Start with 1 shot. Do not consume more than 1 serving (1.5 fl oz / 44 mL) in a 24-hour period. Shake well before serving.
Chilled, over ice, or shaken into sparkling water or your favorite mocktail — same bar-cart bottle as Mixers, built for real mixing.
Talk to your physician before use, especially if you're pregnant or nursing, have a liver condition, or take medication — kava can interact with certain medications and shouldn't be combined with alcohol.
Yes, both.
Yes. Kava is legal in the U.S. and is not a controlled substance, unlike THC. It's regulated as an herbal supplement.
